Bangalore’s Butterfly Park review on Mums and Stories

It’s the holidays in Bengaluru for many schools and if you are wondering what can be considered as an interesting outing, do think of Butterfly park, situated at Bannerghatta. The space adjoining Bannerghatta National Park, about 12 kms from J.P Nagar is a space where you get to see lots of butterflies.

Be ready to walk, be ready to take some finger foods, water and a cap and make the best of the outing.

Accessible by bus, cabs or your own transportation, the Butterfly park is set in a dome structure with warm environment to keep the butterflies and there is also a small museum where information on the evolution, types of insects and butterflies are put up for display.

Tuesdays are off for the park and you can combine this outing as a solo one or with Bannerghatta Safari or a visit to the zoo.

Here are a few pictures of the Butterfly park.
