Home made Nutella
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup hazelnuts
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup dates ( deseeded and soaked in hot water )
1/2 cup jaggery powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Dry Roast the almonds and hazelnuts in a saucepan till lightly brown and starts releasing flavour.
Cool this completely .
Now take a blender and start adding all the ingredients – roasted nuts , jaggery , vanilla , dates and cocoa

Darshana suggests using a small jar of your blender for this grinding .
Blend it a couple of times and stop and scrape the sides with a spatula …. then add 2 tbsp of hot water or the water used for soaking dates and blend it into a creamy paste .
You can store this in the refrigerator for 15-20 days ❤
