Another addition to the series of Crayons and Duncan is the book The Day the Crayons Made Friends.

It is a hard bound book by Drew Daywalt and pictures by Oliver Jeffers.

From red crayon who has no regrets on turning into a fire engine driver from his previous avatar to the Pink one who has donned the role of being a chef to the blue one that is being used to colour a fashion model. The book follows the pattern of each of the crayons having left and have written a letter for Duncan in their colour.
The book brings the variation and imagination of how children can colour various things using colourful crayons.

The book is a good read even if one hasn’t read the previous books in the series or can be read as yet another delightful addition.
The Day the Crayons Made Friends by Harper Collins Children’s books is a great read for 5 to 8 year olds
