Niklye The Curious Crocodile Review

Nikyle the Curious Crocodile is a book meant for kids aged above four or five onwards. Rea Malhotra Mukhtyar weaves in a simple story of a very curious crocodile who has a lot of questions on the world. He is puzzled and in awe of the little and big things like why is the Giraffe neck so long?

‘ What is it like to be a bird? How is the view from up from the sky?’

‘Why has the Zebra got black stripes on white skin or is it white stripes on black skin?’

His awe, excitement and curiosity is akin to the minds of young children who are curious and ready to explore the world. Nikyle wonders and ponders and tries to ask all these questions to all the animals he meets in life or that come under his observation radar.
